  The world was wrapped in a thick, silver silence when I set out that afternoon. I was walking along a quiet, winding road, the kind where the asphalt seems to disappear into nothingness just a few meters ahead. The air was heavy and fresh, still carrying the scent of the rain that had just passed, and the mist was so dense it felt like a living thing.

  Suddenly, as if the fog had decided to unveil a secret, this solitary tree appeared by the roadside. It stood there, motionless and dignified, its branches reaching out into the white void. There was no wind, no sound—just a moment of profound, mystical isolation.

  I knew I didn’t have much time; the mist is a restless traveler, always shifting, always changing the landscape. I quickly set up my gear, the dampness of the road under my feet, and captured a couple of frames before the scene transformed once again.
