Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the limited edition and made-to-order nature of our Fine Art Prints, our Returns and Refunds Policy is structured to ensure the highest quality and exclusivity of every piece.

1. General Return Policy

Made-to-Order and Final Sale: All Fine Art Prints from Daniel Batista Photography are custom printed and authenticated specifically for your order.

  • We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse (change of mind) or incorrect size choices once the order has been placed.

  • We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size and framing options, before completing your purchase.

2. Returns for Damaged Prints (Our Priority)

We guarantee that all prints will arrive in perfect condition. If your print arrives damaged due to shipping or packaging error, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Eligibility: The print must be damaged upon arrival (e.g., bent, creased, water damage).

  • Procedure:

    1. You must notify us via email at danbrphto@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.

    2. You must include photographic evidence of the damaged print and the condition of the packaging.

    3. Upon review and confirmation of the damage, we will begin the process of printing and shipping a replacement print of the exact same size and edition number.

  • Refund Option: If a replacement is impossible (e.g., if the edition has sold out), we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size or wrong photograph), please contact us immediately.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure the correct print is sent to you immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the printing process has begun.

  • Cancellation Window: You must request a cancellation via email within  24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the cancellation is confirmed within this window, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Daniel Batista Photography reserves the right to refuse any return if the product is not in the condition in which it was received, or if the return claim falls outside of the stipulated timelines.
