Shipping Policy
This policy outlines our procedures for shipping your limited edition Fine Art Prints. By placing an order with Daniel Batista Photo, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
As your Fine Art Prints are made-to-order and require meticulous care and authentication, our processing time includes printing, quality control, signing, and packaging.
Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
Limited Edition Authentication: All limited edition prints are individually signed and numbered by the artist, which is included in the processing time.
Order Status: You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information.
2. Shipping Origin and Carrier
Shipping Origin: All Fine Art Prints are dispatched from my studio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain.
Carriers: We use trusted international carriers, such as FedEx, DHL or UPS, to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Please note that shipping times are additional to the processing time mentioned above.
| Destination | Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch) |
| Canary Islands (Local) | [1–3 business days] |
| Peninsular Spain & Balearic Islands | [3–5 business days] |
| European Union (EU) | [5–10 business days] |
| International (Non-EU) | [7–14 business days] |
Disclaimer: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your prints, and the final destination.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 50€.
Packaging: All prints are meticulously rolled and packaged in durable, heavy-duty cardboard tubes or flat boxes to prevent damage during transit.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (For Non-EU Customers)
As our prints ship from the Canary Islands (which is a special tax territory, though part of Spain):
International Shipments (Outside the EU): The recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs Duties: The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Lost Prints
We take utmost care in packaging our prints. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Damaged Prints: Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at danbrphoto@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and the print. We will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will initiate a claim and send a replacement print.
